The Ride
You board each morning in bed — sleep, scale, focus, departure time. The train leaves at your hour. Stations come to you all day: a hundred reps at the top of the hour, a built plate at the refuel, your sharpest work in the focus blocks. Fall behind and the app tells you exactly where you stand — 6 of 10, never a mystery. At night the Caboose closes the line and the Sleeper Car takes you home. Then you do it again. Twenty-five clean days is a laid track — and the record is permanent.
The Method
Most fitness apps hand you a workout and wish you luck with the other 23 hours. VORZANI Fit runs the whole day — boarding to lights-out — so the training, the fuel, the water and the sleep stop being separate battles and become one line you simply ride.
